Victorious Life Church, located at 104 Main St is a small, historic, community-centered church located in the heart of Fort Plain, New York. Rooted in faith, unity, and a deep love for Jesus Christ, we exist to glorify God and serve people with sincerity, compassion, and truth.
We believe the Body of Christ is one.
Our church is built on the belief that the Body of Christ is one. We actively embrace unity among believers and churches, living out the words of Jesus in John 13:35,
“By this everyone will know that you are My disciples, if you love one another.”
Throughout the year, we worship and serve alongside other local churches through shared Unity Services, community gatherings, and outreach events.
Our Pastors
Victorious Life Church is led by Pastor Donnie Semple and Pastor Charlie Houle, who have served together as co-pastors for many years. Their friendship began in their teenage years, when they were active church members, working together in youth ministry and local outreach. After the church they attended closed, they continued faithfully in ministry when Revelation Ministries International (now Revelation Ministries Inc., still commonly known as RMI) purchased the building in 1999.
Both pastors formally joined RMI in 1999 and received ministry training through the International Evangelical Bible College and Seminary. They were jointly ordained in July of 2006 and have served humbly and equally as co-pastors ever since.
In addition, both pastors hold dual pastoral ordinations with RMI and Living Waters Evangelistic Ministries (LWEM).
Their shared leadership reflects unity, mutual submission, and faithful service to God and His people.
Our Church Home
Our sanctuary stands as a testament to a long line of believers.
Originally the First Baptist Church of Fort Plain, the building dates back to 1893 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. With its wooden pews and stained glass windows, it reminds us that we are part of generations who have worshiped, prayed, and trusted God in this very place.
Our Foundation and Spiritual Heritage
Victorious Life Church of RMI, founded by Dr. Thomas “Doc” Marino & MaryAnn Marino. Doc devoted over forty years of his life to ministry, planting churches, raising up ministers, and serving communities both locally and internationally. His passion for discipleship, missions, and reaching the lost shaped the heart and direction of this church.
Alongside him stood his wife, MaryAnn Marino, a woman of strong faith, compassion, and service. Together, they exemplified lives devoted to Christ, family, and the work of God’s Kingdom.
Their legacy continues through the lives they touched and the ministers they trained.
Our Heart for the Community
Victorious Life Church is actively involved in the community of Fort Plain and the surrounding areas. We participate in Unity Services, host community events, and work alongside other churches to provide worship, fellowship, and prayer that is open to everyone.
Our desire is not to make church about ourselves, but about Jesus Christ.
